Training For Success and Satisfaction
Any training program can help you run faster, but they won’t all make you happier as well. When outcome is the only metric of success, you may reach your goal but feel like something is missing, or burn out on training again. The 4 Mindful Metrics, at the core of our Training Program developed by Mindful Running Coach Marty Kibiloski, are a simple way you can evaluate your performance and progress in a way that increases inspiration, enjoyment, and success. 21 DAY CHALLENGE
It takes 21 days to create a new habit—a habit of taking 15 minutes to synchronize your mind and body. Our 21 Day Challenge includes instruction in meditation, mindful running, and mindful yoga through daily email lessons. The daily emails and Facebook group support you to spend 15 minutes a day that will build a habit of self care that can last a lifetime.
45 MIN. RUN-YOGA-MEDITATE ROUTINE
