Just wanted to thank you again for sending the link for the Shamatha Yoga.  I love it.  I haven't been doing any of my yoga practice for over a year, so it was very approachable and a nice way to get myself back into doing yoga.

Also, I'm not sure if it is just the power of suggestion, but I found the short sequence to be very effective for for getting me into my body and it seemed very effective for my running as well. It was literally "a breeze", though that may have been partially literal, since it's been very hot in Hawaii and I've been challenged with getting out there to run, but I happened to go after the sun had gone down and there was a nice breeze once I'm outside of my apartment.
